Safe Block in the Middle of the Room

With 99 energy, jump right off the end of the platform, then mid-air shinespark to the block. Start the shinespark 3 tiles past the end of the platform to leave Samus directly over the block. The horizontal position is extremely lenient as long as the spark starts close to the ceiling. Jump shortly after landing to dodge the Yapping Maw attack.
