Avoiding the hoppers can be tricky. Power Bomb them or lure them off-camera to the right while above. It is possible to kill the Zebbos by placing a bomb next to the tube. It is also possible to kill them and get on top of the pipe with a single Power Bomb; boost vertically then fall and delay the forward press.
