Use the runway either on the left or right to gain a specific amount of dash speed ($2.0 or $2.1), to get a higher jump before doing a mid-air Spring Ball jump.

It is not necessary to keep the dash speed for the Spring Ball jump.

Dev note: This technically can be done without a tricky dash jump, using the full runway to the right, but it's not any easier.
